Our Founder, The King appoints Colleen Harris MVO, DL as Trustee of PWCF
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs. Colleen Harris MVO, DL to the PWCF board. Colleen was appointed by our Founder, HM King Charles III ahead of our 40th anniversary reception this month. This appointment further strengthens the PWCF board, with additional skills and expertise required to deliver our mission.
Colleen is a Public Relations and Communications professional with more than 30 years’ experience. She is Director at Colleen Harris Associates and Trustee at St. Georges House. She is also representative Deputy Lieutenant for Wandsworth. Colleen has held a number of high-profile senior roles including former Press Secretary to the former Prince of Wales (now HM King Charles III), the Prime Minister’s Office and a former Commissioner at the Press Complaints Commission.
She has extensive experience in public relations, communication, reputation management, equality and diversity, and engaging hard-to-reach groups. This is complimented by a broad range of trusteeships in the arts and health; she is former Trustee at the Royal Albert Hall, Hackney Empire, Central YMCA, Dulwich Picture Gallery and Omnibus Theatre Clapham.
