A small grant to Weldmar Hospicecare in 2021 has helped to support the charity in caring for patients who wished to stay at home during palliative care. Weldmar @ Home ensures that patients are comfortable and supported through this period and provides end of life care with dignity, compassion and respect.

‘Words are not adequate to describe what support she [the Weldmar @ Home nurse] provided for us.’
Another said
‘Please pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude for care and support given to our family. We were supported as a family during Mum’s last night, the staff member was so caring and supportive.’
